Labor and Support

Being invited in your birth space is such an honor. A doula should know you so deeply that they can enter into such an intimate space and make you feel at peace. In order to make this possible, each of my clients gets at least two prenatal appointments. They can be formal or relaxed and are a time to make sure we know each other’s expectations and can work as a team before labor begins.

I support pysiological birth and believe that birth happens on it’s own time. Therefore there is no “additional fee” or limit of time for my labor support.

You will receive at least four hours of postpartum labor support and can always add more if you wish.

My support includes open communication at all times. You may feel free to call, text or email as much as you want before and after delivery. Even post birth I welome your questions and any updates.

I do generally only attend hospital births (but will gladly transfer with a client in the case it becomes necessary), I do consider hospital births on a case by case basis. Please don’t let this stop you from reaching out.
